Refund policy

Refunds and Returns: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, ITEMS ARE MADE IN LIMITED QUANTITIES AND WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS. As a customer, you should know by now how to use a sizing chart. Should also know your address. WE ARE NOT YOUR PARENTS OR GUARDIANS AND WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR YOUR MISTAKES.

Unauthorized Purchases and Chargebacks: All purchases that are made without the cardholder's consent, permission, etc. etc. We will dispute with your card's bank and we will provide all evidence necessary to win the dispute. We will also come after you for all work hours spent disputing chargebacks. We will also follow with local, state, and federal law enforcement to prosecute those who "stole" our merchandise through any fraudulent transaction. THIS CAN ALSO INCLUDE THE CARDHOLDER IN THE EVENT THEY KNOWINGLY KNEW IT WAS THEIR CHILD, DOMESTIC PARTNER, SPOUSE, ETC. 

Damaged Items and Packages: It should go without saying, but we will deal with it through the carrier and you, the customer directly. All items are inspected prior to even listing the item and its inventory on our system. IF A PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED, DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE, DUE TO HIGH SCAMS, WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN A CLAIM OF A DAMAGED PACKAGE WHO'S CONTENTS HAVE BEEN OPENED FROM ORIGINAL PACKAGING. INSTEAD, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AND WE WILL RESPOND IN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS...JK WE WILL RESPOND WITHIN 24 HOURS.

Lost Packages: If your package is lost, reach out to us if we fail to catch it. Usually if a package has been in limbo within the courier's network for more than 48 hours, it is obviously a point of concern and we will deal with that courier ourselves. 

Stolen Packages: If you live in an area where theft is high, then maybe you should consider mailing the package to an individual that you trust. Once the item is delivered by the courier at the designated physical address chosen by the YOU, THE CUSTOMER, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR IT. You can contact the courier company and begin a mail theft or package theft report process. Even insured, stolen packages cannot be guaranteed to be reimbursed by the courier.
